We are searching for a Program Coordinator.  The position is responsible for cultivating and optimizing the participation in partner programs for maximum profitability and the highest possible certification.  This position develops and maintains an excellent working relationship with the national channel program to oversee and mutually optimize the relationship.  In conjunction with the Sales team, the Program Coordinator tracks, maintains and renews maintenance agreements to ensure the continual development and maximum profitability of the program.   
  
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in weekly sales calls to report activities and Program updates and stay current with business forecasts and upcoming opportunities that could be registered or tracked for future rebate opportunities
  • Utilizes various online incentive portals and tools to generate maximum profitability and continually develop and maintain the relationship
  • Coordinates with Sales and representatives to administer, track and manage the national partnership in these areas:
  • Partner Program enrollment, incentives, certification and specialization
  • Internal team competencies and supplemental vendor training to support Partner certification
  • Participates in regular conference call meetings with the roles mentioned above and periodic on-site visits with partner and sales teams for training, program updates and other Microsoft program duties
  • Communicates Program updates at weekly internal sales meetings and bi-weekly partner meetings
  • Sets quarterly and annual objectives to measure and demonstrate the position’s direct impact on GP
  • Trains Sales team and provides regular updates on the renewal rates and available GP on their individual accounts and within their regions
  • Prepares for and conducts annual audits, adopting recommendations to improve the Company’s processes and participation in the Partner Programs at the highest level possible
  • Report all rebates earned and forecasted to be earned each month to sales operations
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends and travel to off-site meetings, training, and events
  • Additional duties or projects, as directed by management
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing, Business or Sales-related field and 3 years of experience in a sales environment
  • 5 years of industry experience in a technology sales environment in lieu of degree
